Default AVAYA IP Office TAPI communicate with ASP.net solution

Hello,

I stand in a project for the implementation of a CRM, it must be connect with AVAYA IP Office, the objective is to recover in each call number of the caller, the city and country for reuse in the call processing on the application in asp.net

then I have no idea how I can solve this interconnection:
- T Is it possible to call the CRM asp.net when the call is received on a post of adviser and move information from call parameter for reuse on the CRM interface?
- Or Is I can get info directly from the SQL database in this case px how I manage user sessions especially since we can have multiple calls at once
