Default IPOCC Tags and variables

Hi

Does anyone know of a document that describes Tags and variables and their manipulation relationship to each other? Most of the documentation shows specific uses to achieve a particular task rather that gain an understanding!

Have you any documentation for Voicemail in IPOCC ?
How then can and Agent or supervisor listen to old messages?
