Default EPIC EMR 2014 or 2015?

Hello all,

Anyone out there who has integrated you Contact Center software with Epic EMR 2014 or 20154 Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing? If so could you share your experience and how long it took to integrate? Did you use Web Services? Were you able to integrate credit card payment posting?

Any information will be really helpful.
