Can you help me? I wan't to create new report occupancy in avaya cms supervisor r17. Is it possible to create such a report

It depends on what you are expecting of the report. Normally real time will not make sense for occupancy since it will be just 15 minute data whereas occupancy is always seen on historical reports such as daily/weekly/monthly.

If you want Avaya involvement, we have APS group to design such reports. They can also inform if it is possible to create or not. Please be notified that it will be billable since it is done on project basis.
