Default avaya pom how to get call outcome

Hi,
Environment details:
1.virtual-system-1 = AAEP (with postgres for EP) + MPP + POM-3.0
2.virtual-system-2 = SQLSERVER for POM-3.0
3.Experience Portal accessed from chrome.

We installed AEP-(7.0) +MPP+POM-(3.0) all in one virtual machine.
We followed the document steps and completed the implementation.
We are trying on how to get the call outcome for dialed call.

Is there any webservice method available to get the telephony call outcome after the calls dialed out,
example:
1. using a webservice method to upload a contact to LCM-POM,
2.POM dials out the call
3.Is there a way to get the call outcome of the call.

Questions:
1.How the call outcome will be retrieved. Is there any custom class (jmx or ?) to be developed to get/fetch the call outcome.

Can you share your inputs on the above points,

Thanks & Regards
