Default Certificate Chaining Problems in Collaboratory

My customer is attempting to make REST calls and is getting a certificate chaining error in Collaboratory. Non HTTPS calls seem to work, but HTTPS calls fail. There are 2 purposes to this post. 1 - check to see if anybody is monitoring, 2 - check to see if anybody knows the answer.

Default REST certificate chaining issue resolved

Hi Robert,
The team worked with the customer and have added the needed CA to the UCCLUSTER in the affected lab, and shared the procedure with him. The customer has confirmed that he was able to proceed past the issue and will proceed with development. R&D have taken the feedback into consideration, and appreciate the input.

I am also having this issue when posting to HTTPS sources. Can you provide the details on how to resolve this in the forum?

Andrew, I presume that you were able to get past this issue. For others that might need the procedures, this is an excerpt from our Deployment Guide (http://www.devconnectprogram.com/med...ing/index.html) for how to add a trust cert to all instances in a cluster.

On System Manager, in Elements, click Avaya Breeze™.
In the left navigation pane, click Cluster Administration.
Select the cluster to which you want to administer the trusted certificates.
Click Certificate Management > Install Trust Certificate (All Avaya Breeze™ Instances) to download the trusted certificate for all the servers in the cluster.
note Note
The Trust Certificate that you are about to add will apply to all the Avaya Breeze™ servers assigned to the cluster.

From the Select Store Type to install trusted certificate menu, select the appropriate store type.
Click Browse to the location of your Trust Certificate, and select the certificate.
Click Retrieve Certificate, and review the details of the Trusted Certificate.
Click Commit .

Default Adding Trust Certificates to Breeze: Illustrated

I added a presentation with screenshots to help guide people through the process of adding trust certificates to Breeze, including how to obtain them.

I hope this is useful information.
