AES - TSAPI API clarification

Hi,
We are doing a poc by using AES - TSAPI SDK and need to clarify some doubts.

1.What is the difference between cstaMakeCall and cstaMakePredictiveCall ?
2.Which API is preferred to call an mobile number because the cstaMakePredictiveCall doesn't allow TAC calling (outside numbers).? please correct me here.
3.we would like to call some number and get the call classification events like answering machine or fax or etc...

Hi,

You will find explanation for CSTAMakeCall and CSTAMakePredictiveCall in the TSAPI protocol reference guide. CSTAMakePredictiveCall is used by Dialer to making outbound calls which uses the call classification on CM.

Whereas CSTAMakeCall can be used by any third party application to make call between any to extensions.
