Hi All,
Im currently running the below CM 5.2 AES 6.1 Verint V11.1 Issue: When using Multiple Device Registration to record the calls I'm not getting CTI for the extensions "Fail to monitor" but the extension registers in CM, If I revert to service observe CTI comes up. the below message is what im recieving from the AES CSTA universal failure event<INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER> invokeID<0x0000000C> Device<6009> |
