Default FTP files from CMS to workforce planning tools

Looking for some advice, we have what looks like a defect in CMS 16.3, where the split/skill part fo the FTP report is being omitted during certain intevals.

firstly, to help tyroubleshoot this i am after information on whether these files are stored locally on CMS post transmission, AVAYA advised for 7 days when i asked but they did not give me the location?

Secondly, does anyone know what might cause this? the vdn part of the report comes over without fail, but the split report seems to fail sporadically.

any advice appreciated.
