Default reduce the number of calls waiting in VideoSoftphone

Friends,

I need a Help!
I'm having a client that this using the softphone where this receives up to 3 calls whaitings. I need to reduce the number of call waiting!

There is this parameter to be changed?

Need more information - what is the main serving communication system? IP Office or ACM?? And are you saying you want to limit the number of rings when a call is waiting or limit the number of call waiting calls that can appear?
