HI,
If the half hourly archiver fails,what is the remedy. harch log shows interval archiving failed.How do we fix it ? What are the possible causes and what can we check if the interval archiving goes wrong ? Thank you! |

Hi,
It is major outage and I will suggest to engage Avaya Support to look into it. It can happen if any of the table is corrupted or IDS itself not working. |
