Default 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Hi,

I have an issue with SIP-users receiving 407 Proxy Authentication Required, when logging in their Avaya 96x1 SIP Phones. Also the softclients.
However, everything works after being logged in. Able to make/receive calls, use ACM-features as normal.
The environment is ACM 6.2, ASM 6.2 with the latest Service Packs.
Anyone able to identify reason?
The SIP-trunk is TLS, using PORT 5061 between ACM and ASM.
The ASM SIP-entity is configured to listen to port 5060 (UDP and TCP), and 5061 (TLS).
I don't use LHNR.

After reviewing your post, I would suggest that you either create an online Service Request at http://support.avaya.com/ >> "Create Service Request", or call into the support center to ask this technical question.
