Question SAP Connector for CTI Application

Dear All,

Which component or product of Avaya facilitates the integration of CTI Screen Pop application with SAP, Seible and Oracle Apps CRM?

Is there any provision for developers to integrate through any SDK or API?

What are the license needed when we propose a Avaya Aura, AES, CCE based solution?

Appreciate any help.

The best CTI application which can be used to integrate with SAP, sieble, and oracle Apps CRM would be Avaya Interaction Center.

In case if you are planning to integrate with MS-CRM, the best application would be CCE.

Both IC and CCE, are provided with developer components which can be used to develop the own application on top of the OOTB install.

There are specific license which need to be purchased if going for different integration.

If the customer already have a CCE , is there any alternative to integrate the CTI application with SAP, Sieble and Oracle Apps CRM? Can such integration achieved through any additional licenses from Avaya in a CCE? Or shall I need to develop a pure software based interface for the CRM (Here I mean software is a third party C# or Java based application to fetch customer information from the CRM only for the display purpose?
