Where do I find the chat log ?

In the Chat archive all chat requests are shown with the complete text.
The Agent needs the privilege Advanced Archive view (in Tab Agent). |

I've enabled this for my supervisors but they can't find anything after a search.
Does something else need to be enabled? |

Please check also the authorization.
The Supervisor needs the authorization for the appropriate Agents AND Topics. Please note: See also log of TR database and log of Mediastore database. The list of Chat requests (participant, date, topic, agent .....) is a view of the TR database. The Chat requests (converstion) are stored in the Mediastore database. The autorization is set to all for everything but I'm still not getting any details back or seeing any logs in the databases listed

TTrace see:
Folder MonStat -> tr_srv Folder Databases -> mediastore_db_srv Folder Databases -> tr_db_srv see also messages in: Folder UI -> CCUI |

I've check all of the logs and can't see any errors.
Is there something I should be looking out for when it writes the conversation onto something? I can see the ongoing chat in the logs but nothing showing a final write to archive bit |
