Default DTMF problems on IP sets
We have upgraded a system form 5.0 to 7.0 on cpp1v cards. Since the upgrade when the IP phones dial callpilot the callpilot does not recognize the digits being dialled so people can't acces their mailbox. The work around is the customer has to dial out of the pbx and back in on the pri..then the dtmf signals are recognized by the call pilot. We have upgraded the patches and the loadware.
Has anyone experienced this problem?

Solution Delivered
1.Please check FTR_DATA in LD 21,

EEST YES
DTMF YES
EESD YES

2.And also check if the DTMF is set to 218.

3.Also verify you have the updated Frimware installed on the IP phone set.

If this is set right then you can get the desired results.

You can also verify by taking the enhance trace for the Far End call and internal call and from the same IP set..
