Default 1140e time not changing at DST on phone

Hi there.

(IP office 500 v2, running 9.0.0.829, SIP 1140e phones, embedded voicemail).

After daylight savings time change, I have a customer whose phones 1140e (SIP) are not taking the new time without a reboot of the phone (unplugging / restoring the ethernet connection)

They have the source for time as manager, and verified that the address the customer told me was their manager computer was in there.

I thought that doing a re-register on the phone would do that, but it does not appear to... or at least it didn't for me...

Has anyone else run into this?
