Hi if e.g 10 agents is added to Avaya recorder ,how do I know at one time ,what's e max no of agent calls that can be recorded at the same time ? Wher to check this ?

How many VM channels you have ? what you select in Manager-User-Recording-ON/Mandatory/Orwhat ? You can login into SSA application and check the Port consumption. |
