Hi,
Please be informed that Day Light Saving is supported in general by Avaya. However, the rules would need to be configured and set as per the different region. Thank you. Last edited by flin; 03-18-2010 at 07:45 PM. |

Hi nkhare2:
The change daylight-savings-rule would help you change the timings for end-points. Available in "Feature Description and Impementation for Avaya Commnunication Manager" document, on Page:1154. However, if you're requesting for the server's time to automatically change, we would need to know the current CM version that your customers' are using. |

Hi nkhare2,
If your concern is with the Server automatically converting to the time as per the Daylight saving rule then currently, Avaya does not have support for automatic Day-light saving for the servers in Bangladesh. Work around is to manually change the time-zones in the Server via the web-interface. However, the end-points timer can be changed as advised earlier via the "change daylight-saving-rule" form. Please do not hesitate to revert back if further assistance is required for this. |
