Is there a way from stopping the agents UI from popping when a call comes in?
The agents do NOT like this as it disrupts their work and they can already here the phone ring which is fair enough |

what you can do is to use the contact bar in back ground, so the Agent can go on working in the application.
how to configure: minimized the User Interface, move the minimized view with gripper to the edge where it is less disturbing. Right mouse click on the gripper and unmark the Option "Always on top". From now on the contact bar opens behind the currently active application |

Thanks for that info. This request how been asked of me again, is there any new way of preventing the UI from popping on an incoming call?
