Default avaya CM 5.1 BCMS R2.4

Hi need help

I have create login in CM SMI with bcmsvu, after that i install BCMS vu server on PC, after that i use the wizzard to insert login and password as i create on CM SMI enter host/ip address of CM and port 5023, when try to test connection there's notification "the login attempt has failed or timed out", any suggestion am I missed something

BCMS is supported by a dedicated group of engineers in Avaya, please be so kind to open a support ticket with your local representatives.
