Default 9640G - Dual audio path?

Hi all,

Is it possible on a 9640 IP phone to listen to audio through the handset and the headset at the same time? Currently I can only get the audio on one or the other and not both simultaneously.

Is this supported?

Thanks for replying.

So how are you supposed to do supervisor training with Avaya contact centres? On the Cisco IP phone you can have audio through both paths. Is there some other feature for training/supervisor purposes?
