Hi,
I have Avaya CM 6.3 S8800 Media Gateway 450, programed E1 isdn with Nortel, call thru AAR , "system-parameters customer-options ARS/AAR Dialing without FAC: y working OK with long delay, it’s take around 12 sec. to connect, if I press # it’s connect immediately. I tried from Analogue phone or IP pone it’s take same time. Last edited by nakbar; 01-03-2016 at 09:18 AM. |

If pressing # connects immediately, means no digits are to be collected once # is pressed. Thus check in ars analysis maximum digits to be collect. enter appropriate number there, will solve your problem.

In aar digit analysis , put minimum and maximum digits to same number if it suits the tandem dialplan
