Cool Operating Mode in DS30B Digital Exp. Module

Hi guys,

I have a problem when connecting Expansion module to the control unit, the Operating Mode option does not appear. And its version is showing 9.0 (-2147483050). Note that the IPO Release is 8.1(95).

Thanks & BR,

Rashed

The Avaya 14XX phones are working normally, but I cannot change the operating mode to support Norstar phones.
