The setup:
Avaya Communication Manager (CM) 5.2.1 Avaya Application Enablement Service (AES) 4 Microsoft Office Communicator Server (OCS) all desk phones are IP (4621 & 9640) We're running the OCS desktop client and it works well. We recently found that bridged-appearances behave differently than regular call-appearances. Problem: Calls answered on bridged-appearances can't be disconnected from the OCS client. Any suggestions, thoughts, comments (poems?) would be greatly appreciated. ![]() paul.kahn@highbridge.com |
