Unhappy error contacting breeze server

Hi, it is CM/SM/SMGR 8.x with Breeze 3.7, Equinox Attendant snap-in 5.2 and Equinox attendant client 5.1.
While logging into Equinox attendant we get the subjected error. I entered the correct breeze IP in equinox attendant setting however i left the below fields blank.

Client ID
Keystore password
Keystore path

Are these necessary fields?? What else should i investigate?
Cluster/Breeze instance status is green and showing OK.
I have not installed Media server yet, should i install M/Server to resolve the error, m understanding is that media server is required in call processing only.
