I recommend you to use ARS with dial delay time 5 or 6 seconds.

For example:
Short code: 9N- dial- N - ARS:51

ARS (dial delay time) 5 or 6 secs
Short Code: N;
Dial N
ID 1 (here must your ID preferred)
