Has anyone experienced this. I am running an IPO version 11.0.4.4 and I have a Hunt Group set-up with voice mail. We use Visual voicemail with the embedded voicemail of the IP Office. There has been several occurrences that the user goes to collect the voicemail using Visual voicemail and she receives a "Busy" in the window.
Does any one have a solution for this? ![]() |
