Default 9621G Adaptor

Hello team

Customer bought 9621G IP Phones and now wants to use bluetooth headsets. Is there any kind of bluetooth adapter for 9621G and/or 9611G? Or, is there any trick to make the bluetooth headset work for those IP phones?

Thank you

The 9641 also has an integrated Bluetooth™ interface; setup of a Bluetooth device is described in Chapter 14 of the Avaya one-X™ Deskphone H.323 for 9621/9641 IP Telephone User Guide which can be found at:

Avaya does not sell a Bluetooth adapter for any of the 96x1 telephones. They have to be purchased directly from the headset vendors: Plantronics, Jabra, Telekonnectors Limited, Sennheiser and Felitron. Information on headsets and adapters can be found at:

For additional information, you can contact Plantronics at 800-544-4779 or 831-458-5858; Jabra at +45 45 75 0000; Telekonnectors Limited at + 91 44 2441 4100; Sennheiser at +45 56 18 00 15or Felitron at +55 11 5521 2011.

For instance, Plantronics sells the Savi 700 Series that is supported on the 96x1 phones. Information on it can be found at:
