If the wav files are to reside in the /opt/vmpro/Wavs directory, connect to https://<ip address>:7070 and select File Manager under Applications.
Select the VMProCustomPrompts directory, and upload the files (8 at a time) with the big "plus" icon. Once the files have been uploaded, select all of them with the check box to the left of the file name (there is a check box on the title bar that will select all of them at once), and then click the icon to Apply Prompts (far right of the icons, an arrow pointing into a right bracket) This will copy the files to the Wavs directory with the proper ownership that voicemail pro needs. If you use WinSCP, the files will me owned by Administrator and not vmpro, which can cause problems down the road. That procedure is actually to use WinSCP to transfer to /home/Administrator, then use PuTTY to SSH into the server, drop to root, change the ownership to vmpro:vmpro, and then move to the Wavs directory. |
