Default Configuring Crestron Mercury for TLS

Has anyone had success with configuring a Crestron Mercury conference phone to use TLS? We have a few remote offices that need to be able to contact our SBCE using a TLS connection, but I've not been able to get the unit to register successfully. I'm deploying the same certs that we push to our remote 9608 phones. The units register and function as intended when utilizing a UDP connection and internal addresses.

I've reached out to the manufacturer's technical support, but they only referred me to a document for Aura 6.3 (We're currently running 8.0) and it only gives a brief overview of the basic configuration settings. Has anyone had a similar experience with these and were you able to get them to work over TLS?

Default same issue on 8.1

We are experiencing the exact same issue and was wondering if anyone has found the reason/fix for this?

Default

Are you sure the endpoints have the necessary root certificates active in their truststore for the TLS connection? What does traceSBC indicate when the endpoints send a register request?
