Default Missed Call email with Messaging (10.8)

Hello all,

Recently we migrated from Google to 0365 and have used the advanced license with voicemail to email for 2 years now. Prior to the migration, no one received emails stating they missed a call and now we do, along with a separate email for the voice message.

I've done some digging through Google, the UC OfficeLinx administrator and the IX Messaging web interface and can't find anything in there to suddenly allow for these Missed Call emails to start sending. Does anyone know how to disable that feature without disabling voicemail to email sync?

Thanks, I can provide more info if needed as this is program not my forte.

These Missed Call emails are part of the "Call History" setting in the Synchronization tab (in the feature group if using the feature group for synchronization).

Emails for missed calls can also be sent out separately using the Message Options tab on the mailbox using relay/forward but be careful to send the same email types that are also being synchronized.
