Can you use 2 USB Headsets with Avaya One-X Agent?

Are you looking to set up for a trainee to lisen in? If so the better solution is to purchse a quantity of training "Y" adapters. I know that both sennheiser and plantronics make them. I'm sure others do.

As to two USB connections. I've not tried this one but try using a USB hub to check.

Like mentioned above, Sennheiser makes a training cord that you can use! It should be noted that you will not be able to be on 2 different calls at once.

Plantronics makes a training cable for this purpose and so does Leitner!
