Hi, we have a newly installed IP Office v9.1 and are using a hunt group. We are not using CCR for cost reasons.
Is there any other way to determine who is currently enabled for the hunt group? One-X portal will show us if there are calls waiting in the queue, but not how many users are currently enabled in the hunt group. Thanks in advance. ![]() CCR will not work in 9.1. It's replaced with IPOCC, however this needs an extra server, licences and also some effort to install. The result is a contact center with a lot of features and not only something to show the active users in a hunt group.
XIMA Realtime could be a simpler solution, but it's also not for free. Maybe someone will come up with a better idea, as you are asking for just a small subset of what those solutions would do. |
