Default Personal phonebook vs. Central phonebook
Hello,

I'm facing the following problem.

When users put contacts in their personal phonebook and that particular contact calls the name is not displayed but the number. When the call's been ended the name of the contact shows up in the call log on the phone.

Is there a way to get the phones displaying the names from the personal phonebooks when the actual contact is calling?

This problem occurs at an IP Office 500 V2 with most of the times Avaya DECT 3725 phones.

Hope anyone can give me a clear answer to this problem.
