Talking Instant Messaging Real Time Chat

I think to advance this forum even more with technical queries....etc
A Real Time chat would be great as you can discuss the problem in real time(privately)...and when done be prompted to add resolution to forum.

When a chat session gets established you can prompt user to accept and add a subject line etc...Very Usefull.

I think it will be more usable and likable if chat becomes available.

Default IRC would be nice

It would be cool if there was an embedded IRC chat application on the site. You could jump into the channels and users and techies could discuss ideas and "how to" live. It would be community driven. My two cents.

agree with both acloe and dupl.

This would be very useful because sometimes you get into an issue for which you can't find a solution so if you have this live chat with the Avaya Gurus, you get a quick resolution specially when you are troubleshooting at a client site.
