Default avaya pom how to get call outcome

Hi,
Environment details:
1.virtual-system-1 = AAEP (with postgres for EP) + MPP + POM-3.0
2.virtual-system-2 = SQLSERVER for POM-3.0
3.Experience Portal accessed from chrome.

We installed AEP-(7.0) +MPP+POM-(3.0) all in one virtual machine.
We followed the document steps and completed the implementation.
We are trying on how to get the call outcome for dialed call.

Is there any webservice method available to get the telephony call outcome after the calls dialed out,
example:
1. using a webservice method to upload a contact to LCM-POM,
2.POM dials out the call
3.Is there a way to get the call outcome of the call.

Questions:
1.How the call outcome will be retrieved. Is there any custom class (jmx or ?) to be developed to get/fetch the call outcome.

Can you share your inputs on the above points,

Thanks & Regards

Hi ,

You will be able to check the outcalls outcome from two places.
1. When the outdialing is in progress from the POM Monitor.
2. You can check the POM Campaign Detail or Campaign Summary reports from the standard reports .

Hope this helps!

Hi ,

If your query is related to capturing the call outcome at run time and do some other processing then you will need to use the POM webservices.

The information of different web-services is documented in POM Developer guide avialble on Avaya Support site: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100176698

Thanks.

Default avaya pom how to get call outcome

Hi Sandeepreddy,
Will for through the manual,
Thanks for your reply,
we are trying for below steps, is it possible
1.we are trying to develop a connector application(PDC) which will deliver for e.g. 100 or 200 contacts to POM for dialing outside.Using webservice we can send contact for dialout one by one.we wanted to send multiple contact regularly.
2.Assume infinite campaign configured.
3.Once the POM starts dialing out another connector application (PDC) which will be monitoring for dialed contacts call outcome.
4.we configured Microsoft SQLSERVER as POM databse.

We can create the infinite campaing by manual, but other points 1 & 2 should be through applications (no manual activity).

1.Is the above points feasible?
2.How to deliver multiple contacts to POM using application?
3.How to retrieve dialed contact call outcome from POM using application.
Is there any sample programs available!

Thanks & Regards
Mahu
