Default System Greeting at End of Info Mailbox message

I have created some Info Mailboxes for an Operations Center where they want the caller to listen to a message and then disconnect the call. The messaging portion works but a system greeting, "Please Call Again, Thank You, goodbye" plays prior to call disconnect. Is there a way to prevent this greeting from playing or is the another option within Aura Messaging (6.3.141) that allows for a message to play, then call disconnect WITHOUT the system greeting?
