Question Voice to Text Transcription Software

Some of you may have run across this issue. So it seems like a good place to start my search. From time to time our legal people want me convert a voice mail into a .wav file. Fair enough, I can do that.

Like many other firm's, our officers are not always satisfied. Just today I got a request form one of the VPs for a way to convert a .wav file into a transcript. Does anyone here have experience with a product that does this? And it would be nice if really worked.

Hi there, BIll. What software or product did you use to convert .wav files into transcript? Trying to find a good one, it would be great if you could share what you used. Thanks!

If you can do voicemail to email as a wav file, Mutare has a transcription service that works well. I've set it up on several IP Office installations, and customers are happy with the results.
