Smile IP Office 9.1 Embedded Voicemail Issue

We have user X
When user x calls directly into their line and chooses go to vm, they get the vm greeting
from the automated bot "there’s no one to answer your call" but not the personalized greeting they had recorded but when they call in the auto attendant and choose their extension and choose go to voicemail you hear the personalized voicemail

Personalized greetings have been recorded for both their extension and directly line.

I am not sure how to get their personal voicemail working for their direct line

Thank you for help

What do you mean both their extension and their direct line? What does the automated voice say when it answers? Does it say "The user at extension X is unavailable" and if it does, does the extension match the users actual extension? It sounds like when you're dialing them from the outside you're just going to a different destination than you think you're going to.

You can also check System Status while you call in and see if your call is targeting the correct voicemail box.
