This is old message, wondering if this was resolved or not? If the message above is correct there appears to be a space in the extension asp (as p). See physical path for testwebservices. as p above.
Might be worth looking at the location of the file to see if it exists and if the file extension is asp and not as p. No space versus space Last edited by jbrackin; 07-24-2013 at 04:57 AM. |

I've done some initial digging around this. This is only a guess based on the details provided, but it is the best guess I have right now:
- The failure to Login is of course real. Some error was presented at this point. - The error lead to the conclusion to enter the URL for the TestWebServices.asp - The URL was incorrectly entered with a space in the extension (i.e. as p instead of asp) The TestWebService.asp is not called during a Login, and if I type the URL with the space in the extension, I get the same error stated in the original post. Hope this is helpful |

I had the same problem when I updated my 6.2 (SP5) to 6.3 (SP10). The problem is within the credentials to access the web.config files contained in "D:\Avaya\Contact Center". I have still to figure out what is going on but, in my lab, I removed all read restrictions to the D:\Avaya\Contact Center directory and that solved the problem; basically, give "Everyone" read access to the whole directory. Granted, this is probably not the most elegant fix, but it works until a proper solution is found.
