Default CM + Salesforce integration

Hello Team,

We want to arrange CM+Salesforce integration demo because of customer demand.

According to documents we need and open CTI adapter “AES-Connector-CTIEngine-2.8-1.i686.rpm”. But we couldn’t find it in support site.

We need especially specified version.

How can I download it?

Yes, same here. We were told it requires pro services to do this config and I'm unable to find any documentation on it.

Were you able to get the link to the download? I had no such luck on my end. A friend of mine suggested I use a third party app called Tenfold instead. He's been using it for quite some time now and the integration has been smooth so far and also easy to setup.
