Default IP Dect System SMS Support - AIWS Question

Hello all,

We want to activate SMS feature for a customer which there are more than 500 active dect users on the system. Our sales team ordered only one AIWS? We need to be sure, do we need a second AIWS even only 100 users will use SMS?
