Default OneX Communicator 5.2.0.18 dropping digits

Just installed the latest release for OneX Communicator. When I receive calls from area codes beginning with a 9, my call log is dropping the 9 and just showing the last 9 digits of the number. Am I mis-administering a setting or is this a bug? I get all 10 digits in the call long on my 2420 hard phone.

Hi Jeliza,

Could you show me the scree-shot of Dialing rules of your 1XC?
Also, tell me what happens when you get calls from other Area codes...Do you see complete 10 digits in the call log?
