ERS 5520 upgrade - diag or agent first

I am planning to start upgrading some ERS5520 stacks currently running 6.0.0.6/6.0.4.020 to 6.0.0.18/6.3.3.040 soon. I know I have to bring them up to 6.2 first then 6.3. However, I am a bit confused if I upgrade the s/w (agent) of diagnostics first.

Which is first, the diagnostic or the agent image?

Without doubt, you have to first update the diag image. Post that you have to update the software image.

this procedure will remain same in all step upgrades.

You have an option to "do not reset" while updating the diag image. Else each update, the switch will reboot. This mean, one upgrade two reboots, diag and sw image each.
