We are facing an issue in IPOCC REL 9.1.
Call comes to an agent and if the agent is not attending the call it should go to another agent. Which is not happening. Can we do this? Also is it possible for an agent to pickup a call that is ringing on another agents phone. (This agent is not available on the desk.). |

Have you checked the Ring Timeout setting on the Agent Group->Telephony tab? If this is set to 0, the call will sit and ring the non-available agent forever (or until the IPO timer kicks in).

Pickup is possible. In real time element agent status grid monitor one can pickup a ringing call via drag &drop or right mouse menu.

i need help for Avaya ipocc rel 9.1. its possible to pickup ringing call by using IPOCC user interface ..?? if yes then pls send me document if any available. |
