Default WFO ACR Screen recording

We are currently evaluating the possible purchase of Screen Recording Licenses.

Can I export the screen recordings form the ACR?
If so, in which format?

Exporting of screen is not available as option in ACR. The reason being the screen content is stored as .scn format and there is no standalone player which would be able to play this file. The screen can only be played from the ACR webpage.

The only way to accomplish screen export would be to include Quality Monitoring via WFO. This requires additional server(s) and licensing.

ACR v12.1 has Advanced Export which can export both audio and video.
