Good Morning,
In Voicemail Pro, we added a menu in the Modules that plays a message when an extension is dialed, it then transfers the call to the employee extension. We have noticed that now, if you call outside of the system it shows our main (800#) phone number on caller id as opposed to the direct number (as it did before the menu) from the phone that is calling out. I think it is because the vm is making the call not the extn.

Not sure if this would work, but if you were able to use a shortcode with feature Dial and Telephone number set to NSXXXXXXXXXXX (X denoting number to be sent)
