Default Cppm does not boot

I have a CPPM that will not boot. There is no response from the card at all. Lights remain red. Nothing happens when I press restart. Does anybody now how to force reset the card. I pulled the battery on the board - didn't help. It looks as if CPU isn't responding at all.

This issue seems to be due to faulty RAM. If you are still facing this issue, kindly replace the RAM with a working one and it should resolve the issue.
