Default Network Region hops

With ACM 5.2.1, is there still a limit of 4 Network Region hops to allow IP phones in indirectly connected Network Regions to communicate together, or for an IP phone to reach an IP trunk (SIP or H.323) in an indirectly connected Network Region ?
NR121 -----1st hop --- NR250 ----- 2nd hop ------NR240 -------- 3rd hop ------NR 244----- 4th hop ---- NR120

Default IP Network Region setups

Hi,
Is there a specific reason for this kind of setup..?
Can you please advise on what your end goal will be

Default WAN service providers and Network Region hops

We use this to model several different WAN service providers interconnected in different countries.
