Post Avaya Flare Experience

attempting to use Flare Experience with IP 500 V2 IP Office 8.1 (693102) on windows 7 computer 64 bit operating system.

Downloaded, installed and programmed Flare with no problem. Able to reach IP Office with no problem. can see contacts, presence IM all good.

Using Flare Mode simultaneous in IP Office user profiles. Can make a call using Flare to Desk phone and Desk phone to Flare with no problem.

the problem is Flare to Flare, no speech path between user's. what's even more peculiar is if you reach VM Pro you hear the user's greetings or if placed on hold can hear music on hold.

All our extensions are built as H.323 and not SIP. does Flare not support H.323. should Direct Media Path be turned on in extension profile.

Disabled the computers anti-virus thinking that might help, but to no avail nothing. changed the windows firewall settings as well and that didn't help either.

any advice with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
